Mark Gruner is a professional financial accountant and adviser. He has worked throughout much of the World with international organizations. He has worked as Chief Financial Officer and most recently as Director of Finance. Mark studied at McGill University first doing an undergraduate degree in Science in Biochemistry. He later moved into the field of business and did his graduate degree in Public Accounting at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. After that he went on and wrote the Chartered Accounting exam and became a Chartered Accountant.
He has worked for large international organizations such as Internation Finance Corporation, part of the World Bank Group, and has worked in Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America.
He is currently living in Manila, Philippines, with his wife Alexandra – he is now dedicating his time to his writing and business.
